Today, the Walt Disney Travel Company shared some major news! Effective July 24th, Genie+ will be retired and replaced with a more simplified Lightning Lane system.
While park guests are already familiar with the term "Lightning Lane," Disney is streamlining it's name, along with bringing back some familiar qualities of it's old FastPass system, to help take the magic of the parks to a new level. Here's what you need to know:
With Disney's new Lightning Lane passes, skip the standby line and join a shorter line for select attractions and experiences instead. Purchase a Lightning Lane Multi Pass, a Lightning Lane Single Pass or both… and enjoy more magic in every moment of your day!
