Family car trips have been my fondest memories from childhood. Yes, the car trip from New York to Walt Disney World in a 1970's Oldsmobile with 5 people in it has become the stuff of legends in our family.

Especially my mother carrying a three foot reed vase between her knees for 1,300 miles on the trip home. And this is where my love of all things Disney was born. So, I love to create memories for my own family and yours of great family vacations (maybe minus the car trip). Having an autistic son and a hard-of-hearing daughter has made me sensitive to where are some of the best vacation destinations for people with special medical and physical needs.
